About Vozy
Vozy is VDME’s first YouTube channel, built around raw, beautiful human stories.
It shares honest conversations with real people whose lives have been changed by nature during their most difficult moments: grief, loss, illness, mental health struggles or profound personal transition. Nature is not a backdrop. It’s an active part of the story.
Our first series, My Life Changed When…, focuses on cold water swimming. Lauren doesn’t just interview contributors, she swims with them. The shared physical experience creates space for openness, vulnerability and truth.
The series is created and presented by Lauren York, CEO of VDME & UKL, a media business owner with over two decades of experience across film, television and the digital industry.
Lauren created Vozy during a transitional stage in her own life, navigating perimenopause and intense anxiety, and is exploring how nature might help her too.
